For those unable to live independently at home, we offer an advanced clinical model for supervised long-term care. Typically, people in need of this type of service require long-term, around the clock care by a team of skilled clinicians. We have a wonderful staff of skilled nurses including a wound care nurse, physicians, and advanced rehabilitation therapists.
Dementia Care
Dementia is a challenging condition to live with and requires a high level of quality care. As part of the Music and Memory Group, we offer special exercises to help our dementia patients. Music has been proven to help Dementia patients feel like themselves. Our dementia residents have their own iPod with a playlist of their favorite songs.
Alzheimer’s Care
We are members of the National Alzheimer’s Association. Our Alzheimer’s patients receive a high level of care. Through Memories in the Making, Alzheimer’s patients are encouraged to paint pictures from their memories. Learn about the Memories in the Making program.

Diet is essential to a successful recovery. At Lexington Medical Lodge, we take care to ensure that each resident’s diet best reflects the needs of their treatment plan.
