Nurse ( LVN / RN )

    LVN - $26
    RN - $29

  • 12 Hour Shifts
    (6AM - 6PM)
    (6PM - 6AM)

  • Every Other Weekend Off

Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse ( LVN / LPN / RN ).

  • Current State Driver's License.

  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical care experience as a Registered Nurse is required.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English due to Federal and State requirements for documentation.

  • Proficient in interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong rapport with medical staff, residents, and their families.

  • Skillful in communication, organizational, documentation, and time management.

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the principles and techniques of professional nursing.

  • Familiarity in State and Federal medical regulations.

  • Knowledge base of Medicare and Medicaid is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with physicians to develop and implement individualized plans of care for each client.

  • Collaborate with other nursing agencies to ensure continuity of care and to effectively implement comprehensive care plans.

  • Provide skilled nursing care as needed, adhering to the plan of care and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Title:

MDS Nurse

  • Full-Time Nurse Openings
    $27-31/Hour

  • 8 Hour Shifts
    (Monday - Friday)

  • Competitive Pay

  • No On-Call

Job Description:

Lexington Medical Lodge is seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse (LVN/LPN/RN) to join our team as an MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the completion of accurate and timely MDS assessments for our residents in accordance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills, as well as experience working in a long-term care facility.
